I think quite a lot of people are miffed about this projection issue.

I was recently at the Apple Tech Spring 2010 Update, and they suggested to use a document camera to display apps on an iPod Touch, iPad, or iPhone. Here is the link they gave us for a relatively inexpensive USB document camera. http://www.ipevo.com/Point-2-View-USB-Camera_p_70.html
